Nathan Arndt

Nathan has a Bachelors in Physics from the University of Wisconsin – Parkside in 2020, and then did most of his graduate research with Dr. Need in MSE at UF. He is finishing his Ph.D. in the Butala group, applying advanced X-ray and neutron scattering techniques to understand the role of disorder on magnetic properties in compositionally complex oxides.

Nathan enjoys camping, cooking, and reading, and is an active member of the Graduate Student Union.
